This exceptional fossil fish mural is accent-sized, a popular scale which is appropriate for a wide range of smaller spaces. This mural features three 50 million year old fossil fish on a background of sculptural texture and bold colors. The fossil content includes a Notogoneus osculus a Cockerellites liops, and a Knightia eocaena. The fossils are exceptional in preservation quality. The stone was unearthed from the Green River Stone Quarry, part of the Green River Formation of Southwestern Wyoming, and the fossils date to the Early Eocene.

The mural is supplied backed in wood, with a hand-made Wenge wood frame. An aluminum French cleat has been added to the back for easy hanging. It ships in a custom-made wood crate, fully insured against loss or damage. It arrives ready for immediate installation.
