Description: This elegantly textured stone mural presents an array of fossil fish, including a 14-1/2″ Diplomystus dentatus, a 9-1/2″ Priscacara serrata, a 5-1/4" Cockerellites liops, and three Knightia eocaena ranging in size from 6" to 7". These 50 million year old, Eocene era fossils were collected from our private fossil quarry in southwestern Wyoming.

This delicately hued fossil mural presents a Diplomystus dentatus, a Priscacara serrata, a Cockerellites liops, and three Knightia eocaena. These 50 million year old fossil fish are from the Eocene Era and are exquisitely preserved in a textured matrix of natural, fossil-bearing limestone. The soft beige tones of this natural, sculptured limestone provides a perfect contrast for the rich dark hues of the fossils. This fossil-bearing stone was discovered in our quarry in southwestern Wyoming.
The mural is finished with a handmade Wenge wood frame and is backed in wood with a built-in French cleat. This mural ships in a custom wood crate, fully insured against loss or damage. It arrives ready for immediate installation.
