This elegant fossil mural was quarried from our Steel Blue Lake layer, which provides an incredible blue-gray palette of colors. The material from this layer is quite rare. This mural contains two Diplomystus dentatus and one Knightia eocaena. These fossils are approximately 50 million years old and came from the Green River Formation in Wyoming.
The mural is finished with a handmade Wenge wood frame and is fully backed in wood with a built-in French cleat system. This mural ships in a custom wood crate, is fully insured against loss or damage, and is ready for immediate installation.
