This irregularly shaped fossil mural presents a flowing array of beautifully preserved, 50 million year old fossil fish. The fossils include an 18″ Diplomystus dentatus, a 14″ Diplomystus dentatus, and five Knightia eocaena. The stone was quarried from the “Steel Blue Lake” stone layer in our private quarry in Southwestern Wyoming. This layer is highly prized for its unique coloration.

The mural is finished with beveled edges and is backed in wood with a built-in French cleat. This mural ships in a custom-made wood crate, fully insured against loss or damage. It arrives ready for immediate installation.
