This vertical Accent-sized fossil fish mural was quarried from our "Steel Blue Lake" stone layer. The stone surface has warm and cool dark tones with suble layed textures. The fossils include a large 9-1/2" Priscacara serrata, three 5" to 6" Knightia eocaena, and a 5" Cockerellites liops. The fossils were prepared in shallow relief with exceptional preservation. The stone and fossils date to the Early Eocene, 50 million years ago. The mural is supplied framed in a hand-made Wenge wood frame. The stone is backed in wood with a two-part French hanging cleat.
