This dramatic stone triptych features a beautiful flow of fossil fish: a Notogoneus osculus, three Diplomystus dentatus, a Priscacara serrata, four Cockerellites liops, and seven Knightia eocaena. The delicate colors of this natural limestone provide perfect contrast for the rich bronze hues of the natural fossils. These 50 million year old fossil fish are from the Early Eocene Era and are exquisitely preserved in a textured matrix of natural, fossil-bearing limestone. The stone was discovered in our fossil quarry in southwestern Wyoming.

The three panels in this triptych feature a finished beveled edge and are backed in wood with a built-in French cleat. This triptych ships in a custom wood crate, fully insured against loss or damage. It arrives ready for immediate installation.
